Shipping & Returns


Please allow 1-5 days to prepare for shipment.  Once shipped, expect your order to arrive within 2-5 business days. 

All customers will receive shipping confirmation via email or text with a tracking number when your order has shipped.

Once items are shipped and a tracking number is provided, Natural Nana LLC  is not responsible for the order.  Products will not be replaced or refunded if your package is damaged, lost, or stolen. Visit your local post office or file a claim for damages, lost or stolen packages.

If your tracking number says “delivered” and you didn't receive your package, check with your neighbors and mail courier. Contact your local post office or file a missing mail report to begin the search for the package.

If, however, we made a mistake fulfilling your order, arrangements for a replacement or refund may be given. Within 24 hours of receiving your order, send a photo of what you received and the packing slip to
