Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING:

All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Fontana, California. Please allow 1-5 days to prepare for shipment.  Once shipped, expect your order to arrive within 2-5 business days. All customers will receive shipping confirmation via email or text with a tracking number when your order has shipped.


NOTE: If we’re experiencing high volume of orders and inventory restock, it can take up to 7 business days or longer for your order to be processed and shipped.

PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL

Packages shipped to non-US countries may get charged for duty taxes. The customer is responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes or any other charges upon delivery.

APO/FPO/DPO MILITARY ADDRESSES

All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS and signature confirmation is not required. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 23 days.

Once items are shipped and a tracking number is provided, Natural Nana LLC., is not responsible for the order.

Products will not be replaced or refunded if your package is damaged, lost, or stolen. Visit your local USPS branch or click here to file a claim for damages, lost or stolen packages.


If your tracking number says “delivered” and you didn't receive your package, check with your neighbors and mail courier. Contact your local post office or file a missing mail report to begin the search for the package.

If, however, we made a mistake fulfilling your order, arrangements for a replacement or refund may be given. Within 24 hours of receiving your order, send a photo of what you received and the packing slip to info@naturalnanaco.com.   

Shipping fees are non refundable.

NATURAL NANA LLC. will not be held liable for misplaced, lost, or stolen packages by USPS.

NATURAL NANA LLC. is not responsible for failed delivery.

 

NOTE: If your address is incorrect, your order will be refunded. Address adjustments are not available.

If your order is returned to Natural Nana LLC., we will notify you via email and initiate a refund minus the shipping cost. We are NOT responsible for any delays in shipping caused by USPS, severe weather or other circumstances out of our control.

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer all customers a money-back guarantee. Contact us within 120 days for a full refund. Proof of purchase required. Customer pays return shipping.
